Abstract

Abstrak

Produktivitas karyawan pada suatu perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi olehbeberapa faktor. Baik faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan tranformasional, reward danpunishment terhadap produktivitas karyawan di Kedai Nanu yang berlokasi diKabupaten Badung. Pada penelitian ini pengambilan sample menggunakan Tekniksampling jenuh dimana jumlah karyawan pada Kedai Nanu seluruhya ialah sebanyak30 orang. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinantransformasional memberikan dampak positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan.Reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivits karyawan.Punishment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

Employee productivity in a company is strongly influenced by several factors. Thosefactors can be from internal factors and external factors. This study aims to determinethe effect of transformational leadership, reward and punishment on employeeproductivity at Kedai Nanu located in Badung Regency. In this study, the sample wastaken using a saturated sampling technique where the total number of employees atKedai Nanu is 30 people. The results of hypothesis testing show that transformationalleadership has a positive impact on employee productivity. Reward has a positive andsignificant effect on employee productivity. Punishment has a positive and significanteffect on employee productivity
