Abstrak
Self efficacy dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Semakin tinggi Selfesteem yang dimiliki karyawan akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. lingkungankerja yang baik akan berdampak pada meningkatnya kepuasan kerja. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Self efficacy, Self esteem dan lingkungankerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Aura Bali Craft.Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan di PT Aura Bali Craft. Sampel dalampenelitian ini sebanyak 35 responden yang ditentukan berdasarkan metode jenuh.Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi linierberganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Self efficacy, Self esteem danlingkungan kerja berbengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerjakaryawan di PT Aura Bali Craft. Saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya dapatmengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menambahkan variabel lain seperti gayakepemimpinan
Abstract
Self efficacy can increase job satisfaction. The higher self-esteem owned byemployees will increase job satisfaction. A good work environment will have animpact on increasing job satisfaction. This study aims to explain the effect of selfefficacy, self-esteem and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT AuraBali Craft.The research population is employees at PT Aura Bali Craft. The sample inthis study were 35 respondents who were determined based on the saturationmethod. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression.The results of the study show that self-efficacy, self-esteem and the workenvironment have a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction atPT Aura Bali Craft. Suggestions for further research can develop this research byadding other variables such as leadership style
