Abstract
Abstrak
Disiplin kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja barista. Semakin tinggi motivasiyang dimiliki barista akan meningkatka kinerja. lingkungan kerja yang baik akanberdampak pada meningkatnya kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskanpengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja baristastarbucks di kecamatan kuta selatan dan kuta utara.Populasi penelitian adalah barista starbucks di kecamatan kuta selatan dankuta utara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden yang ditentukanberdasarkan metode jenuh. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesisadalah regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, motivasi dan lingkungankerja berbengaruh terhadap kinerja barista starbucks di kecamatan kuta selatan dankuta utara. Saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian inidengan menambahkan variabel lain seperti komitmen organisasi dan gayakepemimpinan.
Abstract
Work discipline can improve barista performance. The higher the motivation
of the barista, the higher the performance. A good work environment will have an
impact on increasing performance. This study aims to explain the influence of work
discipline, motivation and work environment on the performance of Starbucks
baristas in South Kuta and North Kuta districts.
The research population was Starbucks baristas in South Kuta and North
Kuta districts. The sample in this study were 50 respondents who were determined
based on the saturation method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is
multiple linear regression.
The results showed that work discipline, motivation and work environment
had an effect on the performance of Starbucks baristas in South Kuta and North Kuta
districts. Suggestions for further research can develop this research by adding other
variables such as organizational commitment and leadership style.
