PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, STRES KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR BADAN PERTANAHAN NASIONAL KOTA DENPASAR

Abstrak

Sumber Daya Manusia memegang peranan penting dalam suatu instansi maupunperusahaan karena selalu berperan aktif dan dominan dalam setiap kegiatanperusahaan. Tidak stabilnya keadaan sumber daya manusia dikarenakanproduktivitas relatif rendah dan sulit meningkat, hal ini terjadi karena kurangnyaketrampilan yang memadai. Kinerja pegawai dalam instansi atau perusahaanmerupakan hal yang sangat penting karena akan bermanfaat untuk mengetahuiefektifitas kerja organisasi sehingga tujuan organisasi tersebut akan dapat tercapai.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplinkerja, stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor BadanPertanahan Nasional Kota Denpasar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruhPegawai Negeri Sipil pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Denpasar. Sampel dalampenelitian ini berjumlah 69 orang responden yang ditentukan berdasarkan metodesampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Validitas, UjiReabilitas,Uji Asumsi Klasik, Anaisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Korelasi Berganda,Koefisien Determinasi, Uji F dan Uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperolehbahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjapegawai pada Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Denpasar. Variabel streskerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada KantorBadan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Denpasar dan variabel motivasi kerjaberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor BadanPertanahan Nasional Kota Denpasar

Abstract

Human Resources play an important role in an agency or company because italways plays an active and dominant role in every company activity. The unstablecondition of human resources is due to relatively low productivity and difficultyincreasing, this occurs due to a lack of adequate skills. Employee performance inan agency or company is very important because it will be useful to determine theeffectiveness of the organization's work so that the organization's goals will beachieved. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline,work stress and work motivation on employee performance at the Denpasar CityNational Land Agency Office. The population in this study were all Civil Servantsat the Denpasar City Land Office. The sample in this study amounted to 69respondents who were determined based on the saturated sampling method. Thedata analysis technique uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical AssumptionTest, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Correlation Test, Coefficientof Determination, F Test and t Test. Based on the results of the study, it was foundthat the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance at the Denpasar City National Land Agency Office. Work stressvariables have a negative and significant effect on employee performance at theDenpasar City National Land Agency Office and work motivation variables have apositive and significant impact on employee performance at the Denpasar CityNational Land Agency Office.
