ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN BIAYA DAN WAKTU PELAKSANAAN PEMBANGUNAN RUMAH KOST ANTARA STRUKTUR BAJA DENGAN STRUKTUR BETON ( Studi Kasus : D’kost Abianbase, Kabupaten Badung ).

Abstrak

Jenis struktur pembangunan proyek kontruksi biasanya menggunakan struktur baja dan struktur beton. Baja struktural adalah bahan konstruksi baja yang dibuat dengan bentuk dan komposisi kimia tertentu sesuai dengan spesifikasi pada proyek tersebut. Sedangkan struktur beton merupakan campuran antara bahan agregat halus dan kasar dengan pasta semen, campuran tersebut apabila dituangkan ke dalam cetakan kemudian didiamkan akan menjadi keras seperti batuan. Kelebihan dan kekurangan Struktur baja dan beton. Untuk baja memiliki kelebihan kekuatan besar terhadap gaya tarik, bersifat seragam dan daya tahan lama kekurangan dari struktur baja lemah akan gaya tekan, resiko terjadinya getas dan pemeliharaannya mahal, untuk struktur beton memiliki kelebihan bahan mudah didapat, harga relatif ekonomis dan mudah dibentuk, kekurangan dari struktur beton memerlukan perancah dan bakesting dalam membuat cetakan beton sehingga memerlukan material tambahan dalam proses struktur beton dan proses perawatan beton untuk mencapai kuat yang diinginkan perlu perhatian khusus sehingga mendapatkan kuat tekan beton yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah kost yang berlokasi di Jalan Dangin Yeh, Abianbase, Kabupaten Badung dengan menggunakan metode observasi dengan evaluasi yang dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Didapatkan biaya perbandingan antara struktur baja dan struktur beton. Dimana struktur baja mempunyai biaya RAB sebesar Rp 647.850.610,19 sedangkan untuk struktur beton mempunyai biaya RAB sebesar Rp 507.420.441,34 mempunyai selisih sebesar Rp140.430.168,84 dimana biaya lebih tinggi pada perhitungan RAB struktur baja. Sedangkan waktu yang diperlukan pembangunan dengan struktur baja memiliki durasi waktu 7 minggu atau 49 hari dan struktur beton memiliki durasi waktu 8 minggu atau 56 hari.

This research was conducted at a boarding house located on Jalan Dangin Yeh, Abianbase, Badung Regency using an observation method with quantitatively analyzed evaluation. It is obtained the cost comparison between steel structure and concrete structure.
