Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berjudul Efisiensi pemasaran kopi arabika (ose) di desa wanagiri, kecamatan sukasada, kabupaten buleleng Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis biaya pemasaran, margin pemasaran, farmer share di setiap lembaga pemasaran kopi Arabika (ose) di Desa Wanagiri, Kecamatan Sukasada, Kabupaten Buleleng. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) di Desa Wanagiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan responden 48 petani di Desa Wanagiri, menggunakan metode simple random sampling dan pada Lembaga pemasaran ditentukan sebanyak 15 orang yang terdiri dari pedagang pengepul 2 orang, pedagang pengecer 7 orang dan konsumen 9 orang. Hasil penelitian pada analisis biaya pemasaran, margin pemasaran dan efesiensi pemasaran kopi arabika (ose) diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Pada saluran pemasaran tingkat I tidak diperoleh biaya dan margin pemasaran (0), farmer share 100%, efesiensi pemasaran 0,00%. (2) Pada saluran pemasaran tingkat II diperoleh biaya pemasaran margin pemasaran (1.200), farmer share 95%, efesiensi pemasaran 6,8%. (3) Pada saluran pemasaran tingkat III diperoleh biaya pemasaran margin pemasaran (3.200), farmer share 87%, efesiensi pemasaran 11%. (4) Saluran pemasaran yang paling efesien yaitu saluran tingkat I (Produk yang dijual dari petani langsung ke konsumen).
ABSTRACT
This study entitled Arabica (ose) coffee marketing efficiency in Wanagiri village, Sukasada district, Buleleng district. The purpose of this study was to analyze marketing costs, marketing margins, farmer share in each Arabica (ose) coffee marketing institution in Wanagiri Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency. The location of the research was determined purposively in Wanagiri Village. This research was conducted with 48 farmers as respondents in Wanagiri Village, using simple random sampling method and at the marketing agency determined as many as 15 people consisting of 2 collectors traders, 7 retailers and 9 consumers. The results of the research on the analysis of marketing costs, marketing margins and marketing efficiency of Arabica coffee (ose) obtained the following results: (1) In the marketing channel level I there were no marketing costs and margins (0), farmer share 100%, marketing efficiency 0.00 %. (2) In the second level marketing channel, the marketing cost of marketing margin (1,200), farmer share is 95%, marketing efficiency is 6.8%. (3) In the third-level marketing channel, the marketing cost of marketing margin (3,200), farmer share is 87%, marketing efficiency is 11%. (4) The most efficient marketing channel is the level I channel (Products sold from farmers directly to consumers).
