PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, STRES KERJA, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA GURU SD SE-KELURAHAN SADING KECAMATAN MENGWI KABUPATEN BADUNG

Job satisfaction is the feeling of pleasure or displeasure of an employee towards his job. Teacher job satisfaction must be considered so that the goals of the agency can be maximally realized. The occurrence of a decrease or increase in teacher job satisfaction can be influenced by several factors, such as transformational leadership, work stress, and work environment. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, work stress, and work environment on job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Sading Village. The population and sample in this study were 51 teachers. Data collection in this study used interviews, questionnaires, and literature study methods. Data analysis techniques using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 27. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Sading Village and work stress has a negative and significant effect on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Sading Village.
