Abstract
Abstrak
Penyakit antraknosa, yang disebabkan oleh jamur Colletotrichum spp.,merupakan salah satu masalah utama dalam budidaya cabai rawit. Penggunaanfungisida nabati menjadi alternatif yang menarik dalam pengendalian penyakit ini.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui berapa dosis ekstrak tembakau untukmengatasi penyakit antraknosa pada tanaman cabai dan untuk mengetahuiefektivitas ekstrak tembakau dalam mengatasi penyakit antraknosa pada tanamancabai. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di BPP Abiansemal Desa BlahkiuhKecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan padabulan April 2023 sampai Juni 2023. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam penelitian initerdiri dari menetukan lahan cabai rawit yang terserang penyakit antraknos,membuat rancangan tanaman yang dipakai perlakuan, pembuatan ekstraktembakau, pengaplikasian ekstrak tembakau dan pengamatan. Penelitian dilakukandengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 6perlakuan konsentrasi ekstrak tembakau dan satu kontrol sebagai pembandingyang masing-masing diulang sebanyak 4 kali sehingga total 24unit percobaan.Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji F taraf 5% dan bilamenunjukkan hasil yang berbeda dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan Multiple RangeTest (DMRT) dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaekstrak tembakau yang lebih efektif sebagai fungsida nabati pada penyakitantraknosa cabai rawit adalah perlakuan P5 dengan kosentrasi 12,5 ml ekstraktembakau / 987,5 ml air. Aplikasi fungsida dari ekstrak tembakau pada tanamancabai rawit yang terserang penyakit antraknosa sangat berpengaruh dilihat dariadanya penurunan persentase intensitas serangan yaitu Pada perlakuan P0diperoleh 47,17%, perlakuan P1 sebesar 35,50%, perlakuan P2 sebesar 26,04%,perlakuan P3 sebesar 20,23%, perlakuan P4 sebesar 16,56% dan perlakuan P5sebesar 13,59%.
Abstract
Anthracnose disease, caused by the fungus Colletotrichum spp., is one ofthe main problems in cayenne pepper cultivation. The use of botanical fungicidesis an attractive alternative in controlling this disease. The aim of this research is tofind out what dose of tobacco extract is used to treat anthracnose disease in chiliplants and to determine the effectiveness of tobacco extract in treating anthracnosedisease in chili plants. This research will be carried out at BPP Abiansemal,Blahkiuh Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. This research was carriedout from April 2023 to June 2023. The activities in this research consisted ofdetermining the areas of cayenne pepper that were attacked by anthracnose, makingplans for the plants used for treatment, making tobacco extract, applying tobaccoextract and observing. The research was carried out using a Randomized BlockDesign (RAK) consisting of 6 treatments of tobacco extract concentration and onecontrol as a comparison, each of which was repeated 4 times for a total of 24experimental units. The data obtained was analyzed using the F test at a 5% leveland if it showed different results, it was continued with the Duncan Multiple RangeTest (DMRT) with an error level of 5%. The results of the study showed that thetobacco extract that was more effective as a botanical fungus in cayenne pepperanthracnose was the P5 treatment with a concentration of 12.5 ml of tobacco extract/ 987.5 ml of water. The application of functionalities from tobacco extract tocayenne pepper plants which were attacked by anthracnose disease was veryinfluential as seen from the decrease in the percentage of attack intensity, namelyin treatment P0 it was 47.17%, treatment P1 was 35.50%, treatment P2 was 26.04%,treatment P3 amounted to 20.23%, treatment P4 amounted to 16.56% and treatmentP5 amounted to 13.59%.
