Abstract

Anredera cordifolia is a potential medicinal plant that can cure disease. The leaves (Anredera cordifolia (Ten.) steenes) have such properties as accelerating the recovery of health after surgery, healing of various wounds, both internal and external injuries, inflammation of the intestines, initiating blood circulation, preventing stroke, stomach, uric acid, restoring the vitality of the body resistance, as well as diabetes. Beetle leaves contain active compounds of flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenoids, and saponins. The aim of this study is to find out at what concentration there is an increase in the number of fibroblast cells at the time of applying the ointment extract leaf (Anredera cordifolia (Ten.) steenis) for healing post insection scratch wounds (Mus musculus). The method used in this study is experimental laboratory in vivo with post test only control group design. The results of this study showed that the concentration of pineapple leaf extract ointment against the number of fibroblast cells in the healing of post-inscription wounds suggested that 30%, 35%, and 40% pineal leaf extracts ointments can increase the percentage of the amount of fibroblases in the wound healing process.
