Abstract

In an effort to stabilize the increase in production, farmers must apply technology-specific locations, such improved cropping systems, named "TABELA". Besides fixing cropping systems in order to increase rice productivity is achieved, it is also necessary right approach technology with the application of technology in a complete fertilizer balanced fertilization, which is one way to maintain the balance of nutrients in the soil. Balanced fertilizer is fertilizer based on soil fertilityand crop needs for macro and micro elements, so that the dose of fertilizer at each location and the growth phase of the plant will be different (Subroto and Yusriani, 2005). Prompts fertilization continue to be encouraged through balanced fertilization program, which is the dosage and type of fertilizer used in accordance with the needs of the plants and the condition of the location / site specific. Based on the above background research on the application of direct seeding croppingsystem and balanced fertilization is necessary to be carried out with the aim to obtain rice cultivation technology package is a package that involves planting system and a balanced fertilizer that can be applied to farmers in efforts to increase the productivity and profitability of rice farming. The experiment was conducted in the Tabunan Subak, Peninjoan village, Tembuku distric, Bangli regency, with the pattern of the two treatments paired experiments that the treatment system direct planting (TABELA) and treatment system moved (Tapin). P2 application of balanced fertilizer (Urea: 400; NPK Phonska: 300; POG: 300). The results showed that the adoption of a balanced fertilizer at TABELA method gives the percentage of grain containing 88.63% which is higher than Tapin system reached 86.24%. The application of balanced fertilizer at seeding method gives result dry grain harvest 6.556 tons per hectare of 6.81% is significantly higher than on dry grain harvest results in Tapin sistinm which reached 6.139 tons per hectare. Weeds were identified in the second cropping system applied is seeding method and Tapin is Ageratumconyzoides, Acalypha boehmerioides, Euphorbia hirta, Rorippa indica, Leucas lavandulaefolia and Phyllanthus niruri. One of the dominant presence of weeds in rice crops where research is Bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides). R / C reatio on direct seeded rice system that is equal to 2.55 / permusim planting and the system Tapin R / C reatio 2.25.Based on the value of R / C ratio on the seeding method in the amount of 2.55> 1 it can be said that the rice farming seeding method is efficient and profitable. In rice cultivation are advised to apply the direct seeding method (TABELA) because the results showed that the average cost incurred on wet seeded rice farming rice is Rp. 7.72 million,- / cropping season and the average of his acceptance Rp. 19.668 million,- / -rata average growing season with a profit of Rp. 11,948.000,-. / Growing season. While the rice farming system Tapin, the average cost incurred is Rp. 8,200.000; / Cropping season and the average of his acceptance Rp. 19.668 million,- / -rata average growing season with a profit of Rp. 10.217 million,-. / Growing season.
