Abstract
Abstrak
Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis biaya pemasaran jamur tiram di perusahaan oka jamur tiram Mengwi Badung. Menganalisis saluran pemasaran di Oka Jamur yang terletak di Kecamatan Mengwi Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan oktober – Desember 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik Usaha tani Okajamur tiram dan saluran pemasaran pada jamur tiram. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini di peroleh beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1.Saluran pemasaran di daerah penelitian terdiri daridua saluran pemasaran yaitu saluran pemasaran 1 dari petani langsung ke konsumen, dan saluran pemasaran II dari petani ke pedagang pengepul, pedagang pengecer lalu ke konsumen. 2. Total biaya saluran pemasaran dan margin pemasaran yang diperoleh pada total biaya saluran pemasaran II sebesarRp. 2.500, margin pemasaran sebesar Rp. 5.000 dan farmer share yaitu sebesar 77%. Saluran pemasaran jamur tiram pada kelompok tani Oka Jamur Tiram di Desa Penarungan yang paling efisien adalah saluran pemasaran 1 dengan nilai efisiensinya sebesar 0%.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing costs of oyster mushrooms in the oyster mushroom oka company in Mengwi Badung. Analyzing marketing channels in Oka Mushroom which is located in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. This research was conducted in October – December 2021. The population in this study were the owners of the Okajamur oyster farming business and the marketing channel for oyster mushrooms. The total population in this study amounted to 20 people. Based on the results of this study, several conclusions were obtained as follows: 1. Marketing channels in the research area consist of two marketing channels, namely marketing channel 1 from farmers directly to consumers, and marketing channel II from farmers to collectors, retailers and then to consumers. 2. The total cost of marketing channel and marketing margin obtained in the total cost of marketing channel II is Rp. 2,500, marketing margin of Rp. 5,000 and farmer share that is equal to 77%. The most efficient marketing channel for oyster mushrooms in the Oka Mushroom farmer group in Penarungan Village is marketing channel 1 with an efficiency value of 0%.
