Pengaruh Self-leadership, Disiplin Kerja dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Sari Rambut Bali

PT. Sari Rambut Bali is a manufacturing company that sells various kinds of wigs or wigs. For this reason, the company should have achieved the targets set by the company and satisfied consumers from the quality and quantity of the product. For this reason, employees who are competent in their respective fields of work are needed so that they can show maximum performance in meeting company targets. However, several problems began to be faced, starting from the decline in targets from the company due to decreased employee performance, this was due to self-leadership, work discipline and competence that were not yet conducive, causing employee performance to be less than optimal. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of self-leadership, work discipline and competence on employee performance at PT. Balinese Hair Sari. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Sari Rambut Bali as many as 74 people, the technique of determining the sample using proportional sampling, so that the sampling is done randomly without regard to strata in the population. The analytical tools used are multiple linear analysis, classic assumption test, t test, and F test . The results of this study indicate that self-leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Balinese Hair Sari. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Balinese Hair Sari. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Balinese Hair Sari.
