Adanya perilaku karyawan pada UD. Made Ferry Motor Gianyar yangmemiliki keinginan untuk berpindah atau turnover intention yang berakibat padakeputusankaryawan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaannya karena mendapatkan tawaranpekerjaan dari perusahaan lain, ini akan menganggu kegiatan oprasional danmemberikan dampak negatif terhadap perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahuntuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi, beban kerja dan kepuasan kerjaterhadap turnover intention pada UD. Made Ferry Motor Gianyar. Lokasi penelitianini dilakukan di UD. Made Ferry Motor Gianyar yang beralamat di Jl. Raya Sakah,Sukawati, Batuan Kaler, Kec. Gianyar, Kabupaten Gianyar.Populasi tempat penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan UD. Made Ferry MotorGianyar berjumlah 35 orang. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalahdengan sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS Version 25.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dansignifikan terhadap turnover intention, beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadapturnover intention, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadapturnover intention UD. Made Ferry Motor Gianyar.
Abstract
The existence of employee behavior at UD. Made Ferry Motor Gianyar has adesire to move or turnover intention, which results in the employee's decision to leavetheir job because they received a job offer from another company. This will disruptoperational activities and have a negative impact on the company. The aim of thisresearch is to determine the influence of organizational commitment, workload, andjob satisfaction on turnover intention at UD Made Ferry Motor Gianyar. The locationof this research was UD. Made Ferry Motor Gianyar, which is located at Jl. RayaSakah, Sukawati, Batuan Kaler, Kec. Gianyar, Gianyar Regency.The population of this research is all UD employees. Ferry Motor Gianyarnumbered 35 people. Determining the number of samples in this research was donethrough saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research ismultiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 25.The results of this research show that organizational commitment has a negativeand significant effect on turnover intention, workload has a positive effect on turnoverintention, and job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on UD's turnoverintention.
