Abstract
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi, kompetensi, dankompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Soo Good Food Denpasar. Lokasipenelitian ini pada perusahaan PT. Soo Good Food Denpasar Barat. Pengambilansampel dalam penelitian adalah dengan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga jumlahsampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 orang karyawan. Metode pengumpulandata yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, kuesioner, dandokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ujiinstrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh hasil (1)Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Soo Good Food, sehingga hipotesis pertama (H1) diterima. Hal ini berarti bahwasemakin baik tingkat motivasi yang diberikan pimpinan di PT. Soo Good Food,maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin tinggi. (2) Kompetensi berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Soo Good Food, sehingga hipotesiskedua (H2) diterima. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin baik kompetensi karyawanPT. Soo Good Food, maka semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan. (3) Kompensasiberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Soo Good Foodsehingga hipotesis ketiga (H3) diterima. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin besarkompensasi yang diterima karyawan PT. Soo Good Food, maka semakin tinggikinerja karyawan.
Abstract
This research aims to determine motivation, competency and compensationfor employee performance at PT. Soo Good Food Denpasar. The location of thisresearch is the PT. Soo Good Food Denpasar Barat Company. Sampling in thisstudy was by side saturation technique, so that the number of samples in this studywere 40 employees. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews.Questionnaires, and documentation, the analysis technique used in this researchis instrument test, classical assumption test. Hypothesis test. The results of theanalysis show that (1) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance at PT. Soo Good Food, so the first Hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Thismeans that better the level of motivation given by the leadership at PT. Soo GoodFood, the higher the employee performance. (2) competence has a positive andsignificant effect on employee performance at PT. Soo Good Food, so the secondHypothesis (H2) is accepted. This means that better the level of motivation givenby the leadership at PT. Soo Good Food, the higher the employee performance.(3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance atPT. Soo Good Food, so the third Hypothesis (H3) ) is accepted. This means thatthe greater the compensation received by PT. Soo Good Food employees, thehigher the employee’s performance.
