PENDAPATAN USAHATANI JAMUR TIRAM (Studi Kasus di Desa Mengwitani, Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung)

ABSTRAK

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis besarnya Pendapatan usahatani jamur tiram di Desa Mengwitani, Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive sampling dan sampel ditentukan dengan metode sensus sebanyak 9 orang petani jamur tiram. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa biaya produksi usahatani jamur tiram di Desa Mengwitani adalah Rp.31.875.290 dengan penerimaan sebesar Rp. 50.760.000 Pendapatan usahatani jamur tiram per tahun di Desa Mengwitani adalah Rp. 18.884.710per rata-rata luas lahan 2 are serta R/C Rasio sebesar 1,592

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of oyster mushroom farming income in Mengwitani Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The research location was carried out by purposive sampling and the sample was determined by the census method as many as 9 oyster mushroom farmers. The results showed that the production cost of oyster mushroom farming in Mengwitani Village was Rp.31.875.290 with an income of Rp.50.760.000 The profit of oyster mushroom farming per year in Mengwitani Village is Rp.18.884.710 per average land area of 2 are and R/C Ratio of 1,592.
