COVERING LAGU ATAU MUSIC YANG DI UNGGAH PADA MEDIA ONLINE DALAM PERSPEKTIF UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 28 TAHUN 2014 TENTANG HAK CIPTA

Abstract
The development of the world of the music industry in the country is growing rapidly and more and more singers who have their own uniqueness are emerging from each other and have an aura of their own unique music, this must be quickly realized by the government in order to maintain rights and establish obligations for those who are involved in the arts in this music field. one of them is copyright, copyright is a special right that is divided into moral rights and also economic rights, in the view of legal politics in the regulation/protection of copyright to covering songs/music through legal protection efforts that can be taken by the creator in the form of preventive measures. and repressive, the government can implement a regulation that will protect the rights of musicians in order to increase appreciation for the world of music in Indonesia itself.

Abstrak
Perkembangan dunia industry permusikan di tanah air semakin pesat serta semakin banyaknya penyanyi penyanyi yang memiliki berbagai keunikan tersendiri saling bermunculan dan memiliki aura keunikan musiknya tersendiri, hal ini mesti cepat di sadari oleh pemerintah guna menjaga hak serta menetapkan kewajiban bagi penggelut seni di bidang music ini, salah satunya adalah hak cipta, hak cipta merupakan sebuah hak khusus yang terbagi menjadi hak moril dan juga hak ekonomi, dalam pandangan Politik hukum dalam pengaturan / perlindungan hak cipta kepada covering lagu / musik melalui upaya perlindungan hukum yang dapat ditempuh oleh pencipta yaitu berupa upaya preventif dan represif, pemerintah dapat mengwujudkan suatu aturan yang akan melindungi hak dari pemusik guna meningkan apresiasi terhadap dunia permusikan di Indonesia itu sendiri.
