Abstract

The company's success in carrying out its operational activities cannot be separated from the role of its human resources. Therefore, every company is required to be able to manage its human resources properly. This shows that human resources are an important asset and play a role as the main driving factor in the implementation of all activities or agency activities. The research was conducted at Perumda Pasar Sewakadarma Denpasar City, which is domiciled and has its head office at Jalan Hasanuddin number 1. The research method used a questionnaire and multiple linear regression. The results were obtained Job training has a positive effect on employee performance, work experience has a positive effect on employee performance and compensation has no effect on employee performance at Perumda Pasar Sewakadarma Denpasar City
