Abstract
The purpose of the research which was carried out in the vineyard in Tangguwisia village, Buleleng District of Seririt is to get a package of grape cultivation in efforts to increase the quality and quantity of grapes. The research objects were vines aged 3 and 6 years with three treatment categories , namely : 1) mineral fertilizer plus 2.5 kg / tree and vegetable pesticides ; 2) mineral fertilizer plus 3 kg / tree and vegetable pesticides ; 3) mineral fertilizer plus 3,5 kg / tree and vegetable pesticides and 4) without the plus minerals and botanical pesticides (corresponding custom control farmers). During the pest and disease control research was conducted with botanical pesticides for insect leaves infestation which was used 5 % solution of neem leaf powder and diseases caused by fungi such as powdery mildew and antraknose used galangal extract at a concentration of 10 %. The results showed that the mineral plus had the same effect on plants 3 and 6 years of age, which was shown by results that was not significantly different from the parameter number of bunches, fresh fruit weight, number of fruit, fresh fruit weight per seed and fruit sugar. From these results it could be said that the different plant age did not affect the ability of plants to respond to mineral fertilizer plus. Sugar content of fruit on the plant ages 3 and 6 years old with 3 kg of mineral fertilizers plus the most high reaching 16.707 % and 17.390 % and the lowest without mineral fertilizers plus was 12.837 % and 13.107 % . Very sweet categories reached 21.67 % in grapes from the age of 3 plants with minerals plus 3 kg and 16.67 % in grapes from the age of 6 years with plant minerals plus 3 kg . sweet categories occured in grapes from the plant ages 3 and 6 years of treatment with all doses of mineral fertilizers plus, while grapes from the plants without mineral fertilizer treatment plus could not be in sweet category. sweet grapes categories of plants 3 and 6 years of age with treatment doses of mineral fertilizers plus 3 kg, reaching 46.67 % and 38.33 %. The conclusion of this research application package plus 3 kg of minerals and plant-based pesticides could increase the quality and quantity of grapes.
