Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance with Organizationa l Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a Mediation Variable. This research was conducted at the Indonesian Instit ute of Arts Denpasar with a population of 114 employees and a sample of 88 employees. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution are feasible to use. The analysis technique used is the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) structural equation model based on variance or component, namely PLS (Partial Least Square). The results showed that (1) leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) organizational culture had a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (3) leadership had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), (4) organizational culture positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and (5) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
