Keberhasilan kinerja organisasi/perusahaan tergantung dari kinerja individu atau dengan kata lain kinerja individu akan memberikan kontribusi pada kinerja organisasi Kinerja karyawan juga menunjukkan seberapa jauh kontribusi karyawan bagi perusahaan, dengan demikian perusahaan harus mampu mengetahui hal-hal apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Akses di Plaza Teuku Umar Denpasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Telkom Akses di Plaza Teuku Umar Denpasar dengan jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 36 responden. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah Teknik sampel jenuh atau Boring Sample. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, studi, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda melalui program Stastiscal Pack Of Social Sciende (SPSS) versi 21 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
Abstract
The success of organizational/company performance depends on individual performance or in other words individual performance will contribute to organizational performance Employee performance also shows how far the contribution of employees to the company, thus the company must be able to know what things can affect the performance of its employees. This study aims to determine the effect of communication, work discipline, and intrinsic motivation on employee performance at PT. Telkom Akses di Plaza Teuku Umar Denpasar. This research was conducted at PT. Telkom Akses di Plaza Teuku Umar Denpasar with a total sample of 36 respondents. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample technique or Boring Sample. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, studies, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis through the Statistical Pack of Social Sciences (SPSS) version 21 for windows program. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
