Kehadiran restoran cepat saji yang bermunculan sangat berpengaruh terhadap penjualan di TOK’S KULINER, dikarenakan persaingan dalam memikat pembeli, tetapi di karenakan kurangnya variasi barang yang di tawarkan oleh TOK’S KULINER.faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian di antaranya pengaruh kualiatas pelayanan, brand awareness dan diferensiasi produk dan faktor lainya, makan faktor faktor tersebut harus di tingkatkan umtuk mencapai perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan analisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, brand awareness dan diferensiasi produk terhadap keptusan pembelian di TOK’S KULINER DALUNG. Pengambilan sempel di tentukan dengan menggunakan teknik Cochran dengan jumlah sempel 96 responden. Tektik pengumpilan data menggunakan kuesiner. Datan yang terkumpul di analisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, brand awareness dan diferensiasi produk masing masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di TOK’S KULINER DALUNG. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya di harapkan dapat meneliti dengan faktor faktor lain khususnya pemasaran agar mendapatkan hasil yang lebih berpariasi dan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di TOK’S KULINER DALUNG.
Abstract
The presence of fast food restaurants that have sprung up greatly influences sales at TOK'S KULINER, due to competition in luring buyers, but due to the lack of variety of goods offered by TOK'S KULINER. Factors that influence purchasing decisions include the influence of service quality, brand awareness and product differentiation and other factors, then these factors must be improved to reach the company. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, brand awareness and product differentiation on purchasing decisions at TOK'S KULINER DALUNG. Sampling was determined using the Cochran technique with a sample of 96 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the influence of service quality, brand awareness and product differentiation each had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at TOK'S KULINER DALUNG. Suggestions for future researchers are expected to be able to research with other factors, especially marketing in order to get results that are more varied and influence purchasing decisions at TOK'S KULINER DALUNG.
