Abstrak
Kinerja karyawan akan maksimal jika perusahaan mampu membina para karyawan didalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, kemampuan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, dengan sampel sebanyak 73 orang, yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik Proportional area random. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis determinasi, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa.
Abstract
Employee performance will be maximized if the company is able to foster employees within the company. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work ability, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. The population in this study were employees of Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, with a sample of 73 people, which were determined using a proportional area random technique. Data collection methods in this study were questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were performed using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determination analysis, F test, and t test. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. Work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa
