PERBANDINGAN KEUNTUNGAN USAHA JAMUR TIRAM: ANTARA MENJUAL JAMUR TIRAM SEGAR DENGAN MENJUAL KERIPIK JAMUR TIRAM DI DESA BATUAN KECAMATAN SUKAWATI, KABUPATEN GIANYAR

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis keuntungan usahatani jamur tiram di Desa Batuan Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar, untuk menganalisis keuntungan usaha pengolahan keripik jamur tiram di Desa Batuan Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar dan untuk menganalisis perbandingan keuntungan kedua jenis usaha jamur tiram di Desa Batuan Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar. Lokasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Desa Batuan, Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar dengan waktu dari bulan November 2022 sampai Januari 2023. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang yang merupakan pengusaha jamur tiram di Desa Batuan. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan usahatani jamur tiram segar di Desa Batuan, Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar sebesar Rp 97.000.116,70. Keuntungan usaha keripik jamur tiram di Desa Batuan, Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar sebesar Rp 166.624.385,00. Perbandingan keuntungan usahatani jamur tiram segar sangat nyata lebih rendah dari keuntungan keripik jamur tiram yang ditunjukkan oleh signifikansi uji-t nya sama dengan 0,000. Secara rata-rata pendapatan usahatani jamur tiram segar dengan keripik jamur tiram sebesar Rp -103.767.268.30000 yang artinya rata-rata keuntungan usaha jamur tiram lebih kecil dari rata-rata usaha keripik jamur tiram.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the profit of oyster mushroom farming in Batuan Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency, to analyze the profit from oyster mushroom chip processing business in Batuan Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency and to analyze the profit comparison of the two types of oyster mushroom business in Batuan Village, Sukawati District. , Gianyar Regency. The location in this study was Batuan Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency from November 2022 to January 2023. There were 10 respondents in this study who were oyster mushroom entrepreneurs in Batuan Village. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. The results showed that the profit from farming fresh oyster mushrooms in Batuan Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency was IDR 97,000,116.70. The profit from the oyster mushroom chips business in Batuan Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency is IDR 166,624,385.00. Comparison of the profit of fresh oyster mushroom farming is significantly lower than the profit of oyster mushroom chips indicated by the significance of the t-test equal to 0.000. On average, the income of fresh oyster mushroom farming with oyster mushroom chips is IDR -103,767,268,30000, which means that the average profit of an oyster mushroom business is smaller than the average oyster mushroom chip business.
