Angular cheilitis is the clinical diagnosis of majority of lesions affecting the angles of the mouth. This disease progression is so fast. This paper aims to inform colleagues about case reports of the main and usually cause of angular cheilitis are nutritional deficiency. Angular cheilitis can be a serious problem if it is not handled properly. Angular cheilitis is commonly found in children and nursing mothers. This study were expected to be a consideration to improve the nutritional intake by providing education about nutritious foods, as well as improvin the quality and quantity of food that is high in iron, zinc, vitamin B, C, and folic acid, in the prevention of angular cheilitis. More effective treatment of Angular cheilitis is with multivitamin supplements. Treatment of Angular cheilitis with a specific etiology is by hematological screening (hemoglobin, folic acid, B2, B6, iron serum, ferritin, transferrin, and fasting blood glucose).
