Abstract
This study is abouttheuseofleaves ofBalineseethnomedicinal plantsfornutrition and orodentalhealthwhich wascarried out in some placesin Bali. This study was carried for three months withthepurpose to knowthenutrition,thekind and plants species and the leaves of plantsto be used asa traditional treatment for nutrition and orodental health. The study wascarriedoutthroughliterature study, confirmation through interview, and observation; and than totheresultsofthisstudydescribeddescriptively. The recordeddataare namesof plant as a local name, generalname, and scientific name; nutrition content, the leavesof plantsto be useful as a traditionalnutrition to treat the orodental health. Most parts of theplantsused for the traditionalorodentalnutrition and healthare leavesoftheplants whichmost commonly consumed isPiper betle,Saurophus androgyros,Centella asiatica, Jatropha curcas, Pithecelebium dulce, Erythrinaorientalis, Hibiscus tiliaceus.The researchfound that 11 speciesofleaves of ethnomedicinalplantsusuallycanbeusedfor medicinaltreatment forthe orodental diseases.The nutritional andantioxidant content of the leaves of the plantsfor orodental health are chlorophyll, vitamin A, B,C, and mineral Mg, K, Ca, Fe, P.
