Abstract

Minat beli ulang dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor persepsi harga, kualitas produk dan kepuasan pelanggan. Masing-masing faktor tersebut saling berhubungan satu sama lain, ketika kualitas produk yang didapatkan sepadan dengan harga yang dikeluarkan maka pelanggan merasa puas atas pelayanan yang diberikan, sehingga menciptakan minat beli kembali Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga, kualitas produk dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap minat beli ulang pada babi guling putra celagi. Populasi penelitian adalah pelanggan Babi Guling Putra Celagi yang sudah melakukan pembelian lebiah dari satu kali. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 105 responden yang ditentukan berdassarkan metode purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persepsi harga pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, kualitas produk pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, dan kepuasan pelanggan pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan variabel lain yang secara teori mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang.

Abstract

Repurchase intention can be influenced by perceived price factors, product quality and customer satisfaction. Each of these factors are related to each other, when the quality of the product obtained is commensurate with the price paid, the customer is satisfied with the service provided, thereby creating repurchase interest. This study aims to determine the effect of price perceptions, product quality and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention of Babi Guling Celagi Putra. The population of this research is Babi Guling Putra Celagi customers who have made purchases more than once. The sample in this study were 105 respondents who were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the perception of price had a positive and significant effect on repurchasing intention, product quality had a positive and significant effect on repurchasing intention and customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on repurchasing intention. Future research can develop this research by using other variables that theoretically have an influence on repurchase intention.
