Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, stres kerja, dan lingkungan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Tingginya tingkat turnover intention karyawan pada perusahaan menjadi salah satu hal penting yang harus menjadi perhatian perusahaan. Pergantian karyawan ada kalanya berdampak positif namun, sebagian besar pergantian karyawan membawa pengaruh negatif terhadap perusahaan, baik dari segi biaya maupun dari segi hilangnya waktu dan kesempatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang. Dari sisi ekonomi, perusahaan akan mengeluarkan biaya yang cukup besar karena sering melakukan rekrutmen dan pelatihan. penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Mahima Dewata Surya Nusantara yang berlokasi di Jl. Suli No, 129A, Dangin Puri Kangin, Denpasar. Sampel didalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Mahima Dewata Surya Nusantara sebanyak 30 orang. penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode nonprobability sampling berupa sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan, stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, work stress, and the environment on employee turnover intention. The high level of employee turnover intention in the company is one of the important things that the company should pay attention to. Employee turnover sometimes has a positive impact however, most employee turnover has a negative impact on the company, both in terms of costs and in terms of loss of time and opportunity to take advantage of opportunities. From an economic standpoint, companies will incur substantial costs because they often carry out recruitment and training. This research was conducted at PT. Mahima Dewata Surya Nusantara which is located on Jl. Suli No, 129A, Dangin Puri Kangin, Denpasar. The sample in this study are employees who work at PT. Mahima Dewata Surya Nusantara as many as 30 people. Determination of the sample used in this study is a nonprobability sampling method in the form of saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention, work stress had a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention, and the work environment had a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention.
