Abstract
ABSTRAK
Sawi merupakan jenis sayuran yang disukai oleh masyarakat karena banyak memberikan manfaat serta memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi. Menurut data BPS tanaman sawi hijau meningkat sebesar 667.473 ton/ha pada tahun 2021,dan pada tahun 2022 menjadi 3.324 ton/ha. Penurunan produktivitas sawi hijau disebabkan oleh berbagai macam salah satunya adalah penurunan kualitas lahan. Oleh karena itu penelitian tentang pemberian dosis pupuk organik guano terhadap tanaman sawi hijau perlu dilakukan dengan Tujuan: 1) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik guano terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi hijau (Brassica juncea L.). 2) mengetahui berapakah dosis pupuk guano yang paling baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi hijau (Brassica juncea L.). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 6 perlakuan yaitu perlakuan dosis pupuk guano meliputi G0 : tanpa perlakuan pupuk guano, G1: 4 ton/ha (120 g/10 kg tanah), G2: 8 ton/ha (240 g/10 kg tanah), G3: 12 ton/ha (360 g/10 kg tanah), G4: 16 ton/ha (480 g/10 kg tanah), G5: 20 ton/ha (600 g/10 kg tanah). Masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali Sehingga diperoleh 24 perlakuan parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, berat segar total tanaman dan berat segar kering oven total tanaman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengaruh pemberian perlakuan dosis pupuk guano terhadap tanaman sawi hijau (Brassica juncea L.) memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, luas daun, berat segar total tanaman, berat kering oven total tanaman dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun. Pemberian pupuk guano dosis 480 g/10 kg tanah memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi hijau dengan berat segar total maksimum 642.5 g, dan berat kering oven total maksimum 35.3 g.
ABSTRACT
Mustard is a type of vegetable that is preferred by the community because it provides many benefits and has high economic value. According to BPS data, mustard greens increased by 667,473 tons/ha in 2021, and in 2022 to 3,324 tons/ha. The decrease in mustard greens productivity is caused by various kinds, one of which is a decrease in land quality. Therefore, research on dosing guano organic fertilizer on mustard greens needs to be carried out with the aim of: 1) knowing the effect of applying guano organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.). 2) find out what dose of guano fertilizer is best for the growth and yield of mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.). This study used a Randomized Group Design (RAK) with 6 treatments, namely guano fertilizer dose treatment including G0: no guano fertilizer treatment, G1: 4 tons/ha (120 g/10 kg soil), G2: 8 tons/ha (240 g/10 kg soil), G3: 12 tons/ha (360 g/10 kg of soil), G4: 16 tons/ha (480 g/10 kg of soil), G5: 20 tons/ha (600 g/10 kg of soil). Each treatment was repeated 4 times So that 24 treatment parameters were observed, namely plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, total fresh weight of the plant and fresh weight of the total oven dry plant. The results of this study showed that the effect of applying guano fertilizer dose treatment on mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.) had a very noticeable effect on plant height, leaf area, total plant fresh weight, total oven dry weight of the plant and had no real effect on the number of leaves. The application of guano fertilizer dose 480 g / 10 kg of soil gives the best results against the growth and yield of mustard plants with a maximum total fresh weight of 642.5 g, and a maximum total oven dry weight of 35.3 g.
