ANALISIS EFISIENSI KOPI ROBUSTA YANG TERSERTIFIKASI INDIKASI GEOGRAFIS DI DESA SAI KECAMATAN PUPUAN KABUPATEN TABANAN

Abstrak

Sertifikasi Indikasi Geografis adalah suatu tanda yang menunjukkan daerah asal suatu barang dan/atau produk yang karena faktor lingkungan geografis termasuk faktor alam, faktor manusia atau kombinasi dari kedua faktor tersebut memberikan reputasi, kualitas, dan karakteristik tertentu pada barang dan/atau produk yang dihasilkan.Tanda tersebut dapat berupa nama tempat, daerah, atau wilayah, kata, gambar, huruf, atau kombinasi dari unsur-unsur tersebut, dapat berupa etiket atau label yang dilekatkan pada barang yang dihasilkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis tingkat efisiensi usaha tani kopi robusta di Desa Sai Kecamatan Pupuan Kabupaten Tabanan. Peneliti melakukan survei terhadap 55 petani kopi robusta di Desa Sai Kecamatan Pupuan Kabupaten Tabanan. Metode analisis dalam penelitian menggunakn efisiensi pendapatan usaha tani dapat menggunakan indikator Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C ratio). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat di simpulkan bahwa usaha tani kopi robusta di Desa Sai Kecamatan Pupuan Kabupaten Tabanan, dapat di kelompokan sebagai berikut: Biaya peroduksi kopi Robusta per musim di Desa Sai adalah Rp. 5.268.363,6367 dan nilai penerimaan sebesar Rp. 25.029.545,45 dengan kapasitas produksi sekitar 1.001,181818 kg per luas tanam 117,54 are. Pendapatan usaha tani kopi robusta di Desa Sai Kecamatan Pupuan Kabupaten Tabanan per musim adalah Rp. 19.761.181,8133 dengan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 4,74 sehingga sangat efisien untuk di usahakan secara optimal.

Abstract

Geographical Indication Certification is a sign indicating the area of origin of an item and/or product which due to geographical environmental factors including natural factors, human factors or a combination of these two factors gives a certain reputation, quality, and characteristics to the goods and/or products produced. The sign can be in the form of the name of a place, area, or region, words, pictures, letters, or a combination of these elements, it can be in the form of an etiquette or label attached to the goods produced. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of efficiency of robusta coffee farming in Sai Village, Pupuan District, Tabanan Regency. Researchers conducted a survey of 55 robusta coffee farmers in Sai Village, Pupuan District, Tabanan Regency. The method of analysis in research using efficiency of farm income can use the indicator Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C ratio). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that robusta coffee farming in Sai Village, Pupuan District, Tabanan Regency, can be grouped as follows: Robusta coffee production costs per season in Sai Village are Rp. 5,268,363,6367 and the receipt value of Rp. 25,029,545.45 with a production capacity of around 1,001,181818 kg per planting area of 117.54 acres. Robusta coffee farming income in Sai Village, Pupuan District, Tabanan Regency per season is Rp. 19,761.181,8133 with an R/C ratio of 4.74 so that it is very efficient to work optimally.
