ANALISIS ALIH KODE DAN CAMPUR KODE DALAM DIALOG KARYAWAN DAN KARYAWATI DI KANTOR AFD (Arabic Freelance Driver) BALI COMMUNITY

Abstrak

Proses komunikasi dan interaksi sosial menimbulkan kecenderuangan seorang penutur memanfaatkan potensi variasi bahasa. Salah satu variasi bahasa itu berupa alih kode dan campur kode untuk menjaga kebersamaan dalam komunitasnya. Alih kode dan campur kode adalah pergantian pemakaian bahasa atau ragam bahasa tertentu ke bahasa lain. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah dialog karyawan dan karyawati yang mengandung alih kode dan campur kode, jenis-jenis dan faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya alih kode dan campur kode. Implikasinya dari peneliti ini adalah sebagai acuan dalam berbahasa Indonesia yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis dan faktor alih kode campur kode tertentu yang ditemukan dalam Dialog karyawan dan karyawati di kantor AFD (Arabic Frilance Driver) Bali Community. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode diskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan teoritis. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik wawancara yaitu peneliti mewawancarai semua informen demi kepentingan penelitin seperti latar belakang, rekam yaitu peneliti merekam kegiatan perbincangan dan menganalisis alih kode dan campur kode yang terjadi dan juga mencatat data yang terjadi dan perbincangan alih kode dan campur kode. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah observasi langsung di lapangan dan bertemu langsung dengan informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa memang benar adanya alih kode dan campur kode dalam dialog karyawan dan karyawati di kantor AFD (Arabic Frilance Driver) Bali Community. Jenis alih kode dan campur kode dalam dialog karyawan dan karyawati berupa kalimat dan kata. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi alih kode dan campur kode dalam dialog karyawan dan karyawati berlansung yakni Pembicara atau penutur, pendengar atau lawan tutur, faktor kebiasaan, perubahan situasi, hadirnya orang ketiga, perubahan situasi dari formal ke non formal, perubahan topik pembicaraan, lupa bahasa daerah, penegasan atau untuk memperjelas, untuk tren dan untuk tidak ketinggalan zaman. Temuan dalam penelitian mi, dapat dijadikan bahan ajar tambahan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra Indonesia di kantor AFD (Arabic Frilance Driver) Bali Community. Selain itu, siswa juga dapat memahami berbahasa yang baik hams sesuai konteks.

Abstract

The process of communication and social interaction raises the tendency of a speaker to utilize the potential for language variations. One variation of the language is code switching and code mixing to maintain togetherness in the community. Code switching and code mixing are changes in the use of language or other languages. The problem in this study is the dialogue of employees and employees that contain code switching and code mixing, the types and factors that cause code switching and the code implication of this research is a reference in good Indonesian. This study aims to describe the form of code switching and the form of mixed code which is found in the dialogue of employees and employees in the office Arabic freelance driver (AFD) Bali community office. The research method is descriptive qualitative with a theoretical approach. Data collection in this study in the collection using interview techniques that that is the researcher interviewed all the informant for the sake of research such as background, record de the researcher recorded the conversation activity and analyzed the code switching and code mixing that occurred the conversation over the code and mixed code. The source of the data obtained from this research is direct observation in the field and meeting directly with informant. The results of the study showed that it was true that there was code switching and code mixing in the dialogue of employees and employee in the office Arabic freelance driver (AFD) Bali community office. The types code switching and mixed code employee and employee dialogue in the from of sentences and words. Factor that influence code switching and code mixing in employee and employee dialogue take place namely speakers or speaker, listen or interlocutor, habitual change of situation, the presence of a third person changing the situation from formal to non formal, changing in the topic situation, forgetting local language, affirmation or to clarify, for trend not to be out of date. The finding the study, can be used as additional teaching material by teacher in learning Indonesian language end literature in the Arabic freelance driver (AFD) Bali community office. In addition students can also understand good language must be in context.
