Abstract

INDONESIA:
COVID-19 merupakan virus yang menyebabkan infeksi saluran pernapasan seperti penyakit flu. COVID-19 ini mempunyai daya virulensi atau penularan yang sangat cepat. Prosedur kerja kedokteran gigi tergolong dalam risiko tinggi transmisi dan kontaminasi virus SARS-Cov-2, oleh karena itu diperlukan pencegahan dan kontrol infeksi yang tepat dalam melakukan prosedur kerja. Wabah pandemi COVID-19 membawa pengaruh besar terhadap kesehatan mental dan psikologis petugas kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa kepaniteraan klinik di masa pandemi COVID-19 bagian radiologi RSGM Saraswati Denpasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang dilakukan di RSGM Saraswati Denpasar. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari mahasiswa kepaniteraan klinik angkatan 2016-2017 sebanyak 34 responden. Subjek penelitian diminta mengisi lembar kuesioner berupa pertanyaan mengenai kecemasan di masa pandemi COVID-19 bagian radiologi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa responden yang tidak mengalami kecemasan sebanyak 12 orang (35,3%), kecemasan ringan sebanyak 18 orang (52,9%), kecemasan sedang sebanyak 4 orang (11,8%), tidak ada responden yang mengalami kecemasan berat maupun berat sekali. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa kepeniteraan klinik bagian radiologi RSGM Saraswati Denpasar mengalami tingkat kecemasan ringan di masa pandemi COVID-19.

COVID-19 is a virus that causes respiratory infections such as the flu. COVID-19 has a very fast virulence or transmission. Dentistry work procedures are classified as a high risk of transmission and contamination of the SARS-Cov-2 virus, therefore proper infection prevention and control is needed in carrying out work procedures. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the mental and psychological health of health workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of anxiety of clinical clerkship students during the COVID-19 pandemic in the radiology section of RSGM Saraswati Denpasar. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative with a cross sectional approach which was conducted at RSGM Saraswati Denpasar. The research subjects consisted of students of clinical clerkship class 2016-2017 as many as 34 respondents. Research subjects were asked to fill out a questionnaire in the form of questions about anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic in the radiology section. The results showed that the respondents who did not experience anxiety were 12 people (35.3%), 18 people had mild anxiety (52.9%), moderate anxiety was 4 people (11.8%), none of the respondents experienced severe or very severe anxiety. It can be concluded that most of the clinical clerkship students in the radiology section of RSGM Saraswati Denpasar experienced mild anxiety levels during the COVID-19 pandemic.
