ANALISIS EFISIENSI ALOKATIF FAKTOR PRODUKSI USAHATANI JAGUNG HIBRIDA PADA KELOMPOK MANYI MERTA TANI DI DESA TANGGUNTITI, KECAMATAN SELEMADEG TIMUR, KABUPATEN TABANAN

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu : 1) Untuk Menganalisis Pengaruh Faktor-faktor Produksi terhadap jumlah produksi jagung hibrida, di Desa Tangguntiti 2) Untuk Menganalisis Tingkat Efisiensi Alokatif faktor Produksi dalam Kegiatan Usahatani jagung Hibrida di Desa Tangguntiti, lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara (purposive), sampel dalam penelitian ini 35 orang yang ditentukan dengan metode simple randem sampling dengan bantuan rumus slovin, penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis fungsi produksi Coob Douglas. Hasil penelitian ini hanya variabel Luas lahan, benih jagung hibrida, Pupuk Urea, Pupuk NPK, Pestisida, Pupuk Organik, dan tenaga kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh sebesar 0,689% sedangkan 31,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel diluar model dengan Fungsiproduksi jagung hibrida Y=1.046,28(X1 0,061)(X2 0,054)(X3 0,14)(X4 0,116) (5 0,197)(X6 -0,70)(X7 0,014). faktor produksi yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi jagung yaitu, pupuk organik dengan elastisitas produksi sebesar 0,197, dan yang tidak nyata berpengaruh terhadap produksi jagung hibrida yaitu, Luas lahan, benih jagung hibrida, Pupuk Urea, Pupuk NPK, Pestisa, dan Tenaga kerja dengan elastisitas produksi sebesar 0,061, 0,054, 0,140, 0,116, -0,70 dan 0,014. Sedangkan yang tidak efisien : Luas lahan, Pupuk Organik, Pestisida, dan Tenaga kerja, sedangkan faktor produksi yang belum efisien : Benih jagung hibrida, Pupuk Urea, dan Pupuk NPK.

ABSTRACT
The objectives of this study are: 1) To analyze the production factors on the amount of hybrid corn production in Tangguntiti Village 2) To analyze the level of allocative efficiency of production factors in hybrid corn farming activities in Tangguntiti Village, the location of the study was done (deliberately), the sample in the study These 35 people were determined by the simple random sampling method with the help of the Slovin formula. This study used the Coob Douglas production function analysis method. The results of this study only variable land area, hybrid corn seeds, urea fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, pesticides, organic fertilizers, and labor together have an effect of 0.689% while 31.1% is influenced by variables outside the model with the hybrid corn production function Y = 1.046,28(X1 0,061)(X2 0,054)(X3 0,14)(X4 0,116)(X5 0,197)(X6 -0,70)(X7 0,014). Production factors that have a significant effect on corn production are organic fertilizers with a production elasticity of 0.197, and those that do not significantly affect hybrid corn production are land area, hybrid corn seeds, Urea fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, Pesticides, and labor with production elasticity of 0.061, 0.054, 0.140, 0.116, 0.70 and 0.014. While the inefficient: Land area, Organic Fertilizer, Pesticides, and Labor, while the inefficient production factors: Hybrid corn seeds, Urea fertilizer, and NPK fertilizer.
