PENGARUH FAKTOR PRODUKSI DAN EFISIENSI USAHATANI JAMUR TIRAM (Studi Kasus Pada Kelompok Tani Mekar Sari Dadi di Desa Mengwi Kabupaten Badung)

Penelitian ini tentang pengaruh faktor produksi dan efisiensi usahatani jamur tiram di Desa Mengwi, Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian bertujuan untuk: (1) Untuk mengetahui efisiensi usahatani jamur tiram di Kelompok Usahatani Mekar Sari Dadi, Desa Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung, (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor produksi terhadap usahatani jamur tiram di Desa Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 14 orang petani. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif dan pemilihan lokasi ini dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive). Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data skunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Regresi Linear Berganda, uji T, dan metode pengujian data dengan SPSS versi 17.0. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan efisiensi dari usahatani jamur tiram sebesar 1,59, yang artinya bahwa usahatani efisien, karena dengan penambahan Rp. 1 biaya akan diperoleh penerimaan sebesar Rp. 1,59. faktor produksi yang signifikan berpengaruh terhadap usahatani jamur tiram adalah: Jumlah bibit jamur tiram dan pupuk jamur dengan nilai elastisitas produksi sebesar 1,351 dan 0,098.

ABSTRACT
This research is about the effect of production factors and efficiency of oyster mushroom farming in Mengwi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The aims of the study were: (1) to determine the efficiency of oyster mushroom farming in the Mekar Sari Dadi Farming Group, Mengwi Village, Badung Regency, (2) to determine the effect of production factors on oyster mushroom farming in Mengwi Village, Badung Regency. The respondents of this study amounted to 14 farmers. The type of data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative analysis and the location selection is done purposively. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression method, T test, and data testing method with SPSS version 17.0. The results of this study indicate the efficiency of oyster mushroom farming is 1.59, which means that farming is efficient, because with the addition of Rp. 1 fee will be obtained acceptance of Rp. 1.59. Production factors that have a significant effect on oyster mushroom farming are: Number of oyster mushroom seeds and mushroom fertilizer with production elasticity values of 1.351 and 0.098.
