Abstract
Education is one of the most important aspects of life in order to form quality human resources and be able to keep up with the current development of an increasingly advanced era. Educational institutions provide protection for the rights of children receiving education through the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. The formulation of the problem in this study seeks to fulfill children's educational rights during the Covid19 pandemic at the Saraswati 4 Elementary School (SD) Denpasar and the factors that affect children's educational rights during the Covid-19 pandemic in terms of protection laws. child. The data collection method used by the researcher consisted of interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that the role of educational institutions and principals and their ranks at the Saraswati 4 Denpasar Elementary School was not optimal. This is due to the many obstacles faced by students who follow the new learning system. Based on this, it is recommended that educational institutions and school ranks are more than the obstacles faced by students.
Abstrak
Pendidikan merupakan salah satu aspek terpenting dalam kehidupan guna membentuk sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan mampu mengikuti arus perkembangan jaman yang semakin maju. Lembaga Pendidikan memberikan perlindungan terhadap Hak-Hak anak yang mengenyam Pendidikan lewat Undangundang RI No.20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini Bagaimanakah pemenuhan hak–hak pendidikan anak pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Saraswati 4 Denpasar dan factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hak–hak pendidikan anak pada masa pandemi Covid -19 ditinjau dari undang-undang perlindungan anak. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti terdiri dari wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Lembaga Pendidikan dan Kepala sekolah beserta jajaran di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Saraswati 4 Denpasar belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan karena banyaknya kendala yang dihadapi oleh siswa yang mengikuti system pembelajaran baru. Berdasarkan kendala tersebut disarankan agar Lembaga Pendidikan serta jajaran sekolah lebih peka terhadap kendala kendala yang di hadapi oleh siswa
