EFEKTIVITAS UNDANG-UNDANG REPUBLIK INDONESIA NOMOR 42 TAHUN 1999 TENTANG JAMINAN FIDUSIA DIMASA PANDEMI COVID 19 (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Federal International Finance Cab.Denpasar)

Abstract
PT. Federal International Finance (FIF Group) is a credit financing institution with fiduciary guarantees, but has some obstacles that occur with the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to find out (1) the effect of fiduciary law during the Covid-19 pandemic (2) what obstacles occur to FIF Group customers during the Covid-19 pandemic. This writing uses empirical juridical methods. This research has a data analysis method from descriptive qualitative. The results of the research from fiduciary laws did not have an effect during the Covid-19 pandemic because economic instability, especially the Balinese people who depend on tourism, are the main factor.

Abstrak
PT. Federal International Finance (FIF Group) sebuah lembaga pembiayaan kredit dengan jaminan fidusia, namun memiliki beberapa kendala yang terjadi dengan adanya pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui (1) efektivkah undang-undang fidusia dimasa pandemi covid 19 (2) kendala apa yang terjadi pada nasabah FIF Group dimasa pandemi covid 19 ini. Penulisan ini memakai metode yuridis empiris. Penelitian ini memiliki metode analisis data dari deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dari undang-undang fidusia tidak efektiv dimasa pandemi covid 19 karena ketidak stabilan ekonomi terutama masyarakat Bali yang bergantung pada pariwisata menjadi faktor utama.
