Membangun Sinergitas Sektor Pertanian Dan Pariwisata Berbasis Masyarakat Kawasan Subak Lepud Desa Baha

Mass tourism development is more concerned with economic growth, and ignoring environmental sustainability, on the other hand the utilization of agricultural products for the tourism sector have not been developed. Developing alternative tourism by integrating agriculture into tourism activities is a choice to sustainable development. The research aims to identify the agricultural potential in Baha Village Subak Lepud and find strategies in synergizing its development with the tourism sector. Research data were collected using observation and interview techniques and data were analyzed using SWOT analysis. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy of building agricultural synergy and tourism in Subak Lepud through: a) developing tourism attractions based on agricultural activities and rituals in subak, b) Expanding markets by utilizing the superiority of local subak wisdom and utilizing unique agricultural products and tourist attractions through the establishment of subak economic business institutions, c) Accelerating the empowerment of subak members through providing additional sources of income from tourism activities in addition to income from their farming. d) Providing incentives and desinsetives contained in awig-awig and perarem to control land conversion, optimizing the power of subak members, and maintaining the sustainability of agricultural land and the existence of subaks.
