PENGARUH LITERASI DIGITAL DAN DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI MELALUI EFIKASI DIRI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SEKOLAH LENTERA KASIH

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh literasi digital dan dukungan organisasi melalui efikasi diri terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Lentera Kasih. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di Sekolah Lentera Kasih Bali, Jakarta dan Makassar. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 127 responden dengan menggunakan teknik Nonprobability yang sering disebut total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) program SmartPls 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, 2) Dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, 3) Literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, 4) Dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dan 5) Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

This research aims to see the effect of digital literacy and organizational support through self-efficacy on teachers’ performance at Lentera Kasih Schools. Respondents in this study were teachers at the Lentera Kasih School in Bali, Jakarta and Makassar. The number of respondents in this study were 127 respondents using the Nonprobability technique, often called total sampling. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis from SmartPls 3.2.8 program. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, 2) Organizational support has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, 3) Digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on educator performance, 4) Organizational support has a positive and significant impact on the performance of educators, and 5) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of educators.
