TINJAUAN YURIDIS PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM BAGI EKSPORTIR DALAM PENGGUNAAN METODE PEMBAYARAN DOCUMENT AGAINTS PAYMENT PADA TRANSAKSI EKSPOR IMPOR DALAM PERDAGANGAN INTERNASIONAL

Abstract
Export-import activities are things that are commonly carried out by every country. The purpose of this activity is carried out to meet needs that cannot be met by the country because of differences in geographical location resulting in different resources owned by each country, so to meet the needs of the country itself by bringing in the goods needed from other countries. This international trade activity plays an important role in improving the economy of a country. This activity has several payment methods where each method has its own provisions and there are several methods that have no clear legal protection power.

Abstrak
Kegiatan ekspor-impor adalah hal yang lazim dilakukan oleh setiap Negara. Tujuan kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang tidak dapat dipenuhi oleh Negara tersebut karena adanya perbedaan letak geografis mengakibatkan sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh setiap Negara itu berbeda-beda maka untuk memenihi kebutuhan Negara itu sendiri dengan cara mendatangkan barang yang dibutuhkan dari Negara lain. Kegiatan perdagangan internasional ini sangat berperan penting dalam menigkatan perekonomian suatu Negara. Kegiatan ini memiliki beberapa metode pembayaran yang dimana disetiap metode memiliki ketentuan sendiri dan ada beberapa metode yang belum jelas memiliki kekuatan perlindungan hukum.
