PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP KONSUMEN PENGGUNA APLIKASI GRAB FOOD TERKAIT JAMINAN ATAS INFORMASI KEHALALAN PRODUK MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN DI KOTA DENPASAR

ABSTRAK
Lahirnya Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal sesungguhnya semakin mempertegas betapa mendesaknya persoalan halal-haram dalam rantai produksi dari pelaku usaha hingga sampai di tangan konsumen dan dikonsumsi oleh konsumen. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam skripsi ini yaitu: 1) Bagaimanakah Pengaturan Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Konsumen Pengguna Jasa Grab Food Terkait Jaminan Kehalalan Produk Makanan Dan Minuman Di Kota Denpasar; 2) Bagaimanakah Bentuk Pertanggung Jawaban Pelaku Usaha Terkait Jaminan Kehalalan Produk Makanan Dan Minuman Di Kota Denpasar. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam skripsi ini adalah secara empiris. Hasil dari penelitian perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen yaitu Pertanggung jawaban pelaku usaha belum sepenuhnya terlaksanakan sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Jaminan Produk Halal Pasal 4 bahwa semua produk yang beredar dan diperdagangkan diwilayah Indonesia wajib bersertifikat halal. Meskipun belum memiliki sertifikasi halal para pelaku usaha Patty Fire, Terang Bulan dan warung Minang Tanamo menjamin maknan yang dijualkan sudah termasuk halal dan tidak mengandung unsur babi.

Abstract
The enactment of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Guaranteed Halal Products has actually emphasized the urgency of the issue of halal-haram in the production chain from business actors to consumers and consumed by consumers. The formulation of the problem in this thesis are: 1) How are the legal protection arrangements for consumers using Grab Food services related to the Halal Guarantee of Food and Beverage Products in Denpasar City; 2) What is the Form of Accountability of Business Actor Regarding Halal Guarantee of Food and Beverage Products in Denpasar City. The research method used in this thesis is empirical. The results of the research on legal protection for consumers are that the responsibility of business actors has not been fully implemented in accordance with Article 4 of the Halal Product Guarantee Act that all products circulating and traded in the territory of Indonesia must be certified halal. Although they do not yet have halal certification, the Patty Fire business actors, Terang Bulan and the Minang Tanamo stall guarantee that the food sold is halal and does not contain pork.
