PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT TOHPATI GRAFIKA DENPASAR

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada hotel Komune Resort and Beach Club di Gianyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Komune Resort and Beach Club di Gianyar. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan SPSS 20.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kayawan yang artinya, jika kecerdasan intelektual karyawan semakin baik, maka kinerja karyawan semangkin meningkat. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang artinya, jika kecerdasan emosional karyawan semakin baik, maka kinerja karyawan semakin meningkat. Kecerdasan Spiritual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang artinya, jika kecerdasan spiritual karyawan semakin baik, maka kinerja karyawan semakin meningkat. Selain itu, kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan maka perlu kebijakan maupun regulasi untuk memaksimalkan kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual. Berdasarkan pada pengalaman langsung peneliti dalam proses penelitian ini, ada keterbatasan yang dialami yaitu, dalam proses pengambilan data, informasi yang diberikan oleh responden melalui kuesioner terkadang tidak menunjukkan pendapat responden yang sebenarnya.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Komune Resort and Beach Club hotel in Gianyar. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on employee performance at the Hotel Komune Resort and Beach Club in Gianyar. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and the sampling method used was saturated sample. Testing the research hypothesis using SPSS 20.0 for Windows. The results show that intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means, if the employee's intellectual intelligence increases well, then the employee's performance will increase. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that if employee emotional intelligence is getting better, then employee performance will increase. Spiritual Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means, if the employee's spiritual intelligence increases well, then employee performance increases. In addition, intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on these results, it is necessary to optimize the performance of policies and regulations to maximize intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. Based on the researcher's direct experience in the research process, there are limitations that are experienced, namely, in the data collection process, the information provided by respondents through questionnaires sometimes does not show the respondent's actual opinion.
