FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI TINGKAT PENERAPAN ASURANSI PERTANIAN DI DESA PENARUNGAN, KECAMATAN MENGWI, KABUPATEN BADUNG

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berjudul Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Penerapan Asuransi Pertanian di Desa Penarungan, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk menerapkan dan menganalisis asuransi pertanian di Desa Penarungan, Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengahui tingkat penerapan asuransi pertanian di Desa Penarungan, Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung. Penentuan lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive dengan beberapa pertimbangan khusus. Penentuan jumlah sampel dan teknik pengambilan sampel untuk petani peserta AUTP yaitu ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis skala likert interval dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis interval tingkat penerapan asuransi usahatani padi (AUTP) di desa penarungan berada pada kriteria cukup baik dengan nilai total skor sebesar 119,63dan tingkat presentase 79,75%. Hasil analisis regresi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat penerapan asuransi pertanian padi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada variabel umur, tingkat pendidikan, status penguasaan lahan dan pengalaman usahatani. Sedangkan variabel dan pendapatan yang negatif dan tidaksignifikan adalah variabel luas lahan pendapatan.

ABSTRACT
This research is entitled Factors Affecting the Level of Application of Agricultural Insurance in Penarungan Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. The purpose of this study is to apply and analyze agricultural insurance in Penarungan Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency and to determine the factors that influence the level of application of agricultural insurance in Penarungan Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The location of the research was determined purposively with some special considerations. Determination of the number of samples and sampling techniques for AUTP participating farmers were determined by the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is Likert interval scale analysis andmultiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the interval analysis, the level of application of rice farming insurance (AUTP) in the village of Penarungan is in fairly good criteria with a total score of 119.63 and a percentage level of 79.75%. The results of the regression analysis of the factors that influence the level of application of rice agricultural insurance have a positive and significant effect on the variables of age, education level, land tenure status and farming experience. While the variables and income that are negative and not significant is the variable land area income.
