ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHA TANI PADI MERAH (Oryza rufipogon) DI SUBAK JATILUWIH DESA JATILUWIH KECAMATAN PENEBEL

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya Petani di Desa Jatiluwih menjadikan padi merahsebagai komoditas utama usaha pertanian disamping komoditas lahan kering dan peternakan. Tahun 2017 luas panen padi merahmencapai 79% yaitu 369 ha dari total luas tanam seluas 465 ha (BPS Tabanan, 2019). Luas panen dan produksi padi merahsawah setiap tahunnya di Desa Jatiluwih menjadi potensi penambah pendapatan desa besama dengan sektor – lain seperti kehutanan dan perikanan. Komoditas yang menjadi unggulan petani sawah di Desa Jatiluwih adalah padi merahberas merah. Dengan asumsi harga jual padi merahRp.7.000 – 10.000 per kg, dengan potensi panen per hektar sebesar 3,6 ton/ha, maka potensi pendapatan petani mencapai Rp. 25.200.000 – Rp.36.000.000 salam sekali panen (6 bulan). Namun terdapat permasalahan yang dihadapi petani di antaranya ketika masa panen tiba harga jual padi merahsenantiasa mengalami fluktuasi. Biaya produksi seperti pengadaan bibit, konsumsi pupuk, biaya tenaga kerja dan biaya penyusutan alat menjadi penting untuk dikaji untuk mengetahui pendapatan para petani anggota Subak Jatiluwih.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis biaya produksi dan pendapatan usaha tani padi merah di Subak Jatiluwih,Desa Jatiluwih Kecamatan Penebel. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan Oktober sampai dengan Desember 2021. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 364 orang anggota, berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada analisis biaya usaha tani dan pendapatan. Maka diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikur : 1. Biaya produksi padi merah per musim tanam di Subak Jatiluwih, Kecamatan Penebel, Kabupaten Tabanan adalah Rp 5.885.580 per luas lahan tanam 23,58 are. 2. Pendapatan usahatani padi merah di Subak Jatiluwih, Kecamatan Penebel, Kabupaten Tabanan per musim tanam adalah Rp 8.273.753.

ABSTRACT
This research is motivated by the existence of farmers in Jatiluwih Village who make red rice, the main commodity of agricultural business in addition to dry land and livestock commodities. In 2017 the harvested area of red rice reached 79%, namely 369 ha of the total planted area of 465 ha (BPS Tabanan, 2019) The harvested area and annual red-paddy rice production in Jatiluwih Village is a potential addition to village income along with other sectors such as forestry and fisheries. The commodity that is the mainstay of rice farmers in Jatiluwih Village is red rice, red rice. Assuming the selling price of red rice is Rp. 7,000 – 10,000 per kg, with a potential harvest per hectare of 3.6 tons/ha, then the potential income of farmers reaches Rp. 25,200,000 – Rp.36,000,000 greetings once harvested (6 months). However, there are problems faced by farmers, including when the harvest season arrives, the selling price of red rice always fluctuates. Production costs such as procurement of seeds, consumption of fertilizers, labor costs and equipment depreciation costs are important to study to determine the income of farmers who are members of Subak Jatiluwih.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the production costs and income of red rice farming in Subak Jatiluwih, Jatiluwih Village, Penebel District. This research was conducted from October to December 2021. Respondents in this study were 364 members, based on the results of research on the analysis of farming costs and income. The following conclusions are obtained: 1. The production cost of red rice per growing season in Subak Jatiluwih, Penebel District, Tabanan Regency is Rp. 5,885,580 per planted area of 23.58 acres. 2. The income of red rice farming in Subak Jatiluwih, Penebel District, Tabanan Regency per planting season is IDR 8,273,753.
