EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM SISTEM SAMBUNG PUCUK PRODUKSI PADA KOMODITAS KAKAO SUBAK BUANA MEKAR DESA ANGKAH KECAMATAN SELEMADEG BARAT KABUPATEN TABANAN

Abstrak

Subak Buana Mekar Desa Angkah, Kecamatan Selemadeg Barat, Kabupaten Tabanan merupakan salah satu subak mekar yang menjadi sentra produksi kakao. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk menganalisis produktivitas, efektivitas, total biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan dan kelayakan di Subak BuanaMekar Desa Angkah, Kecamatan Selemadeg Barat, Kabupaten Tabanan. Penelitain ini dilaksanakan pada September sampai dengan November 2022. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 14 orang petani dengan metode sambung pucuk kakao. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada analisis data maka di peroleh beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1. Biaya Tetap rata – rata biaya penyusutan alat yang di peroleh dengan sebesar Rp 3.903.000. 2. Biaya Variabel yang di peroleh dengan sebesar Rp. 14.506.000 dengan penggunaan biaya variable tertinggi untuk bibit. 3. Biaya Total yang di peroleh dengan sebesar Rp 18.409.000. 4. Penerimaan yang di peroleh dengan sebesar Rp 36.250.000. 5. Pendapatan yang di peroleh dengan Rp 17.841.000 rata – rata penerimaan lebih besar dari biaya – biaya yang telah dikeluarkan. 6. Kelayakan yang di peroleh dengan 1,9 yang berarti usahatani tersebut memperoleh keuntungan dan layak di usahakan. 7. Produktivitas yang di peroleh dengan sebesar 3,625 ton/ha. 8. Efektivitas yang di peroleh dengan sebesar 181,25% yang memeliki nilai diatas 80% menunjukkan program sangat efektif dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas kakao.

Abstract

Subak Buana Mekar, Angkah Village, Selemadeg Barat District, Tabanan Regency is one of the subak blooms which is the center of cocoa production. The purpose of this study was to analyze productivity, effectiveness, total cost, acceptance, income and feasibility in Subak BuanaMekar, Angkah Village, Selemadeg Barat District, Tabanan Regency. This research was carried out from September to November 2022. Respondents in this study were 14 farmers using the cocoa top grafting method. Based on the research results on data analysis, several conclusions were obtained as follows: 1. Fixed Costs - the average depreciation cost for the equipment obtained is IDR 3,903,000. 2. Variable costs that are obtained in the amount of Rp. 14,506,000 with the use of the highest variable costs for seeds. 3. The total cost obtained is IDR 18,409,000. 4. Revenue obtained in the amount of IDR 36,250,000. 5. The income earned with IDR 17,841,000 on average is greater than the costs incurred. 6. Feasibility is obtained with 1.9 which means that the farming is profitable and feasible to work on. 7. Productivity obtained by 3.625 tons / ha. 8. The effectiveness obtained by 181.25% which has a value above 80% shows that the program is very effective in efforts to increase cocoa productivity.
